where the weekend was spent.

So I thought we won’t go out of town this weekend because mum has not been informing me yet until I got home. I went home to Bulacan at around 10am from makati through ate jo’s car. And the moment I stepped inside the house mum said we’re going to have our Palm Sunday in Manaoag Church.

We left Bulacan at around 4am. And reached Manaoag at around 9am (5 hours travel because we got a little lost along the way and because we’re on convoy my bro can’t speed up). Thanks to the ever fabulous SCTEx because Bulacan to Tarlac is now a little more than an hour away (which used to be 3 hours). Me plus cousins and titos and titas had breakfast at manaoag. Went to Baguio for lunch. Slept. It was raining sooo hard and our mouths were smoking when we speak. Us, the kids, hehe, had a little sight seeing at the Mansion and Mines View Park while the oldies went to the market to buy stuff for dinner. We never forget to eat their infamous steamed and buttered corn. Went singing while waiting for the cars to pick us. With the help of Hannah, I made strawberries and cream for dessert.

The next day had breakfast from last night’s leftovers. Then went down to pangasinan to swim at Binmaley. My uncle’s friend, who lives in that municipality, treated us to lunch with super yummy sinigang na isda (I don’t know what kind of fish was that but yummy), fried espada and kilawin. Perfect! We sang a lot at the videoke! Hehe. Daming nagastos na 5peso coins, geesh. Then played volleyball and soccer at the shore (and I think I got injured). But all in all I looove the trip! (photos are with aira still)

in the heat of manila

just got back from my Baguio trip. i sooo miss the cold atmosphere. getting back to the heat of Manila means headache! it was tiring trip though because it meant work and not a vacation. nonetheless, the experience was sooo fun. especially if my fave fruit strawbs are as common as bananas.

anyways, baguio has been sooo different since the first time i went there. its sooo funny that Pat knows Jen. cant wait to ask jen as well. but cant catch her online.

geesh, celle has a new blog now. haha. im gonna check that out in a bit. it was so sad that i wasnt able to see her when she’s in manila. i think i missed out a lot from her. but anyways, im trying my best to keep up.
